From Genoa/La Spezia - A12 highway
From Rome - Highway A12 Direction Viterbo/Grosseto.

- Exit at Firenze Signa and take the Strada di grande comunicazione Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (SGC FI-PI-LI).
- Once you arrive near Rosignano Marittimo, continue on the SS1 freeway (Livorno-Grosseto).
- Exit at the S. Vincenzo or Venturina interchanges and reach the Port of Piombino.
From Genoa/La Spezia - A12 highway
- Exit at Rosignano Marittimo and continue on the freeway SS1 (Livorno-Grosseto).
- Exit at the S. Vincenzo or Venturina interchanges and reach the Port of Piombino.
From Rome - Highway A12 Direction Viterbo/Grosseto.
- At the end of the highway, continue on SS1 Aurelia in the direction of Grosseto.
