RECEPTION
- Is the Guest's body temperature measured upon arrival?
No. There is no provision for measuring the body temperature of guests upon arrival, although the manager may do so, preventing access in case of temperature > 37.5 ° C. - Do I have to observe any special rules inside the campsite?
The anti-COVID defense strategy is based on three simple principles: 1) use of the mask; 2) personal hygiene; 3) distance of at least one meter. All guests will be given an anti-COVID memo at check-in.
FACE MASK AND GLOVES
- Do I have to wear a mask while on holiday?
Guests must always use a mask when interpersonal distance of at least three feet cannot be guaranteed (except in units in the same household) - Do I have to wear disposable gloves while on holiday?
There is ample availability and accessibility to hand sanitizers with hydro-alcoholic solutions at various locations within the facility, and frequent use by guests and staff is promoted. Therefore, the use of disposable gloves is not mandatory except in the supermarket. - Do staff inside the campsite have to wear a mask?
All staff must wear a mask when in the presence of guests and, in any case, in any circumstance where it is not possible to guarantee a distance of at least one meter between people.
STORES AND SUPERMARKETS
- Do I have to wear a mask in stores and at the supermarket?
Yes, it is mandatory. - Do I have to wear disposable gloves in stores and supermarket?
The use of disposable gloves is mandatory in the supermarket. - Where can I buy toiletries?
Our supermarket has a wide range of products for hygiene and protection.
ENTERTAINMENT
- Is there an entertainment service?
Sure. The entertainment service is guaranteed for the period from 14/06 to 13/9. - How can I access the activities?
All entertainment activities are preferably by reservation and limited in number, in order to ensure spacing and safety for guests and operators. - Which activities are possible?
All the activities that allow an adequate distancing are possible. Mini-club with workshops, fitness activities, individual sports and evening entertainment. - Are there particular rules for the use of the FITNESS AREA?
Yes. A safe distance must be maintained, or at least 1 meter for people while they are not exercising, or at least 2 meters during physical activity (with particular attention to intense activity). It is forbidden to share flasks, glasses and bottles and exchange with other users’ objects such as towels, bathrobes or other. Use appropriate footwear in the fitness area designed exclusively for this purpose. All clothing and personal items must be placed inside the personal bag.
FOOD SERVICE
- Is body temperature measured before access to restaurants?
No. There is no provision for measuring the body temperature of guests, although the manager is entitled to do so, preventing access in case of temperature > 37.5 ° C. - Do I have to wear a mask in the restaurant?
Customers inside the restaurant must wear a mask whenever they are not seated at the table. - Are hand sanitizers available at the restaurant entrances?
Yes, hand sanitizers are available for customers and staff in several places in the restaurant, especially at the entrance and near the toilets. - Is it possible to reserve a meal?
Yes, reservations are strongly recommended, as there cannot be more customers inside the restaurant than there are seats. - Are take-away and food delivery service available?
Yes, we have developed a specific APP for food delivery, which allows you to order from the pitch or housing unit. Take-away service is also available on-site with appropriate signage. - Do you have restaurants with outdoor tables?
Yes, our restaurant and 3 bars have outdoor tables with large terraces. - At what distance between tables can you eat?
Tables must be arranged in such a way that the seats ensure interpersonal spacing of at least one meter between customers, except for people who, according to current regulations, are not subject to interpersonal spacing; this latter is a matter of individual responsibility. - Can food be consumed at the counter?
Food consumption at the counter is allowed only with an interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter between customers, except for people who, according to current regulations, are not subject to interpersonal distance; the latter is a matter of individual responsibility. - Is buffet-style dining allowed, for example at breakfast?
Buffet meals are not permitted. - Is cash payment allowed in restaurants and bars?
Yes, it is possible to pay in cash, although electronic payment is preferred, possibly at table. - How did you solve the problem of menu consultation?
Menus are presented in a laminated print with sanitization prior and subsequent to use, or in disposable paper.
HOUSING UNITS
- How are the housing units sanitized?
Camping Village Rosselba le Palme employs a specialized company that sanitizes the housing units at every change of guests using certified cleaning products or other physical means such as dry steam. The natural change of air is also guaranteed, as well as the periodic replacement of air conditioner filters and sanitization at every change. All linen is provided in sealed envelopes by an external industrial laundry specialized in delivering sanitized sheets and towels.
PITCHES
- Is it safe to stay on campsite pitches?
Certainly. The amplitude of the pitches ensures a safe distance; the possibility to spend the whole day outdoors and enjoy the sun's rays is an important factor against contagion.
CENTRALIZED TOILET BLOCKS
- How should toilets be used and how are they sanitized?
There are dedicated routes in all restrooms to avoid crossings as much as possible. Sanitizing gels are located at various points and all sanitary facilities can be used while maintaining the minimum distances provided. The constant sanitization of surfaces, contact parts and sanitary ware, carried out by specialized personnel, together with natural air circulation, ensures the safety of users. Dispensers with sanitizing hydro-alcoholic solutions for hand hygiene are available in the restrooms.
SWIMMING POOLS AND WATER PARKS
- Is it possible and is it safe to swim in the pool?
Yes, the chlorine content of pool water is constantly monitored (free active chlorine between 1.0 - 1.5 mg/l; combined chlorine ≤ 0.40 mg/l; pH 6.5 - 7.5). The crowding density in the pool is calculated with an index of 7 square meters of water surface area per person. - Is it possible to use the solarium and green areas?
Yes, the crowding density in the solarium and green areas is calculated with an index of no less than 7 square meters of walking surface per person. The arrangement of any equipment (deckchairs, sunbeds) will be implemented by maintaining the distances and using dedicated paths. At each change of user and / or end of shift, they will be sanitized by employees. - Are there sanitizing products by swimming pools and water parks?
Yes, each facility is equipped with dispensers with hydro-alcoholic solutions for hand hygiene in clearly visible points at the entrance and in areas of frequent transit, in the solarium area or in strategic areas in order to promote hand hygiene.
BEACH AND SEA
- Is it possible to swim in the sea?
Certainly, indeed the bath in salt water is recommended for its beneficial properties on the organism, for the natural disinfection of the saline environment and for the very high degree of dilution guaranteed by sea water. It should be noted that the beaches of the island of Elba can boast the Blue Flag in 2020, synonymous with clean water and maximum attention to safety. - What is the distance to be maintained between beach umbrellas in the rental areas?
Each beach umbrella must have 10 square meters. We have decided to raise this limit to 12 square meters. - What is the distance to be maintained between beach equipment?
A distance of at least 1.5 m must be guaranteed between beach equipment (sunbeds, deckchairs), when not placed in the beach umbrella area. - Are there sanitizing products in the areas with rented beach umbrellas?
There are sanitizing products available for guests and staff in several places. - Is it possible to reserve the beach area?
Yes, our booking service can give you all the necessary information. - Are there any special rules for free beach areas?
No, the same rules apply as for the areas with rented beach umbrellas. - Is there a beach steward?
Yes, the beach steward is available for any information on prevention measures. - What is the distance to maintain between the beach equipment of my property and that of the neighbours?
Personal equipment (sunbeds, beach chairs, etc.) must be placed at least two feet away from neighbours.
